Whatever the case, the company splits all contact information into two key groups: individual private members and company scheme members.
Individual private members
Considering the private and sensitive nature of information shared, it is best to start your claim by visiting the secure Message Centre on the company website, where you can upload and send documents, such as claim forms and invoices. Emailing is not permitted, and you must register and login to contact the company.

For CashBack claims, please call the advisory team on 0845 605 0187 (at £0.07/minute + operator access charge) or 0845 600 1561 (at £0.07/minute + operator access charge) if you have a policy number starting with 25, 65, or 95.
If using Text Relay, prefix the number listed with 18001.
Calls made from UK landlines to 0800 numbers are free of charge. It is also important to note that lines are open from 8am to 8pm every Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm Saturdays and Bank holidays.
